Rates and Conditions of the Houses
The houses are rented, for a minimum stay of two nights;
Rate per night – price on request, its variable according to the time of year, festive seasons and demand;
Pets – Admitted, upon request and information about the animals, so that it can be analyzed and approved;
Breakfast – Not included;
No smoking allowed inside the houses;
Non-guests are prohibited.
Schedules
Check in- between 4:00pm and 8:00pm;
Check out – until 10:00am;
Rest period, without noisy activities – between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Services Included
Cleaning after the fourth night of stay;
Change of sheets and towels after the fourth night of stay.
Additional Services on request
Breakfast at home provided in basket – price on request.
Meal at home (lunch or dinner) provided on a catering basis – price on request;
Baby cot – free of charge;
Daily Change of Towels and Sheets – price on request;
Daily Cleaning – price on request.
Payment Policy
Payment of 50% of the total amount in the reservation, and sending of the payment proof to info@myadventurestory.com.
Payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount, up to 5 days before check in and sending the corresponding proof to info@myadventurestory.com.
Direct bookings require a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 5 days before the check-in date.
After the free cancellation period, the entire reservation will be charged.
Personal Information
The collection of personal information is carried out exclusively for the purpose of reservations and communication to SIBA, and includes identification document number, country of birth, date of birth, residence address, telephone contact and email.
The data is collected with the prior consent of the guests, and is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, in accordance with European Union legislation.
